When we represent consumers under the California "Lemon Law" or the federal Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act (sometimes called the "Federal Lemon Law'), our firm does not receive an attorney fee until and unless the consumer client prevails. At that time, the manufacturer or vehicle dealer is responsible for our fees.
